We have our own workshop equipped with two lines of the German company SCHUMAG for production of cold drawn steel (wire) from ⌀ 2 mm to ⌀ 12 mm, modern CNC machines for straightening and cutting the size of the wire. More than 30 machines for electrical resistance welding of the German company DALEX and the American company SCIAKY.

The company is equipped with:
• TRUMPH 3030 advanced laser cutting machine
• CNC 2D wire bending machine from ⌀ 2,5 mm to ⌀ 8 mm
• Two BAYKAL CNC digital press brakes
• Two BAYKAL CNC digital guillotines
• Modern electrical resistive spot and front welding machines, automatic cutting machines and machining machines.
• Two lines with continuous coating process for applying electrostatic powder coating.
• One line with a continuous process for applying plastic PVC coating.

We have a team of professionals - engineers and technologists, who can project, equip and put in serial production items according to the design and technical parameters by the client.
The production cycle is closed from production of wire to final coating - powder paint or durable, moisture-resistant plastic coating. This allows us to produce high quality large series of products without limitation in the dimensions and independently of the complexity.

For the needs of its production, in 2008 the factory built a workshop for production of cartons, boxes and corrugated packaging. Once manufactured, the products are packed in cartons or boxes made in our workshop.

At the beginning of 2018 the company invested in the purchase of 7 new machines. Two - spot welding machines of new generation with CNC control. One 2D wire bending machine, two face welding machines, two cutting machines.
